The code uses agetty's --keep-baud switch. It is expected that you set
up the serial port correctly, for example via the kernel cmdline, and
that we simply inherit that. The list we then specify is only
fallback, if you failed to set that up.

These are just conservative fallbacks, that is all. Normally they
should never be necessary, because people configure their console= on
the kernel cmdline properly...
