Thanks for pointing out! This indeed seems to be the case for other
ThinkPads as well:

$ cat /sys/class/dmi/id/product_name
2324CTO
$ cat /sys/class/dmi/id/product_version
ThinkPad X230

So I updated your patch slightly, and adjusted the commit message a bit:
