[systemd-devel] Swap gets activated twice (through fstab and gpt generators)

Supposed yes, but I don't see anything in gpt-auto-generator.c which
would actually check fstab. The only check I see is
path_is_mount_point() in probe_and_add_mount(), but as the generators
all run during very early boot where most of the mounts did not happen
yet, this doesn't help.
