Hmm, and the other side of the veth tunnel, where is that?
The kernel actually cleans up veth links automatically when a network
namespace owningone side goes away... If you really managed to make
one side of the veth link go away, but the other one is still around
then this would be a kernel bug...

Hmm, can you retry this with v221 (hopefully released today)?
