no - damned there are a ton of reasons to use them where it *do not
matter* if you would do whatever this way or not
they can be shared between a dozens sepearated but related local
services what you can't do with systemd snippets
please refrain from propose remove *useful* featzres with *zero*
maintaince costs just because *you* won't use them - just don't use them
and you are done but stop trying to dicatate the world how all others
have to configure their systems - it's NOT your business
