Yeah, the crashed process actually stays around as long as we don't
close the pipe the kernel passes to us where the coredump
serialization is written to. We use that to read additional process
metadata from /proc/$PID. But this also means that systemd's service
logic will still see the process around all the time while the
coredump is generated.
