[systemd-devel] PrivateDevices=yes - /dev(u)random read-only

i recently faced a update for prosody (jabber-server) with the following 
change:

Prosody:
* Di Jan 12 2016 Robert Scheck <robert at fedoraproject.org> 0.9.9-2
- Added upstream patch to open /dev/urandom read-only

given that my systemd-unit has "PrivateDevices=yes" i would like to ask 
if the systemd-namespace is read-only anyways and if not if that's not 
considerable
