[systemd-devel] Should pam-activated systemd --user daemon quit after session has been closed?

Even in this case, once the user logs out completely, the behavior is as 
described. This has only been happening since last couple releases (I 
think 226 was fine). It was fine, now it's broken and I have no idea 
what or who broke it.
