Fair enough. I thought the manual mounts were still triggered from a
"noauto" entry in fstab and thus _netdev would still result in
appropriate After= deps added to the generated unit, but I can see how
the problem would arise in cases where there is no fstab entry at all
and the mounts are added manually.
