SUSE has this nice white paper about systemd in SLE 12:

It is a good candidate for "Publications" or "Manuals and Documentation for
Users and Administrators" wiki sections.

While you are at it, two nitpicks: "OpenSUSE" can be replaced by "openSUSE" and
"ArchLinux" by "Arch Linux".
