[systemd-devel] SCHED_FIFO

I have ctdb use team net devices but there is a problem:

to SCHED_FIFO (Operation not permitted)

I do: system edit ctdb
there:

[Service]
ExecStartPre=/bin/sh -c "echo 10000 > 
/sys/fs/cgroup/cpu/system.slice/cpu.rt_runtime_us"
#LimitRTPRIO=infinity
#LimitRTTIME=100000

TimeoutStartSec=300
Restart=on-failure
RestartSec=20

But Limit options don't work for me.
Would you know if it can be tweaked with systemd's help?
