PropertiesChanged messages will tell you the props that changed and
sometimes even include the new value. See the dbus spec:

https://dbus.freedesktop.org/doc/dbus-specification.html#standard-interfaces-properties

Hence, usually it's not required to redump the whole unit table after
you get one of these messages
