[systemd-devel] journal stopping after sending logs on reboot

Hello,

Set journald and rsyslog to send via rsyslog only and works for a bit
then stops journal and does not send any more logs out.

On reboot see:

Dec 21 15:29:09 serverA journal: Journal started

and the dump of logs out to syslog then

Dec 21 15:29:12 serverA journal: Journal stopped




sudo systemctl status systemd-journald
● systemd-journald.service - Journal Service
   Loaded: loaded (/usr/lib/systemd/system/systemd-journald.service;
static; vendor preset: disabled)
   Active: active (running) since Fri 2018-12-21 15:29:15 UTC; 5min ago
     Docs: man:systemd-journald.service(8)
           man:journald.conf(5)
 Main PID: 2462 (systemd-journal)
   Status: "Processing requests..."
   CGroup: /system.slice/systemd-journald.service
           └─2462 /usr/lib/systemd/systemd-journald


But no logging going out to syslog server at this point.
