Currently systemd-networkd knows nothing about Wi-Fi, so this is not
possible yet.

You might want to file a feature request at
https://github.com/systemd/systemd/issues (I didn't find an existing one).

But for the meantime, you'll have to use something like dhcpcd or
NetworkManager for per-SSID profiles.
