[systemd-devel] Kafka Service Fails: Status=200/CHDIR

*Facts:*

I can manually start kafka. So I know my paths in the Kafka.service file
are correct.

I've set environment variables in the Kafka.service file for subsequent
prometheus integration.

I'm running locally on a Ubuntu 18.04.


*The following files and path locations were validated: *

* prometheus_jmx_javaagent-0.3.1.jar

* kafka-0-8-2.yml
