My mother is on the laptop from I go to the fedora window console

When I will have time I will launch 'systemctl status getty at tty1' then 'journalctl - xe'

Normally the getty at ttyX.services are off and are automatically started
when you start a session on a VT.

Do you get anything relevant on journal?
