[systemd-devel] systemd-networkd, IPv6PrivacyExtensions=kernel, sysctl and devicenames

Mea culpa, I completely overlooked this. Big sorry.

And in addition I can confirm this behaviour. Doing this rename manually
does keep the values.

I am just wondering, how can we apply that to the boot behaviour? It
does give some meat to the thesis, that something else is going on, but
how to find out?

At least with systemd-245/arch (not sure who is to blame) I cannot use
the final name, and with systemd-241/deepin (debian) I cannot either, if
the final name is a custom one through udev rule or .link file.
