[Tango-artists] Improved input-mouse icon

Attatched is IMO an improvement to the current input-mouse icon.  It 
currently resembles a microsoft optical mouse due to its red back and 
is at the wrong angle so it looks squashed.

This is my first attempt at making or improving an icon so please be 
kind.
