[Tango-artists] It's not easy being green

Hey everyone

The greens in the Tango icon palette are currently very greyish-yellow. 
So for any icon that is all (or mostly) green, the icon blends into its 
own shadow, making it hard to recognize the shape. This can be seen in 
the Back and Forward icons, for example 
<http://www.gnome.org/~dobey/tango-firefox.png>.

The current hue also seems rather unsuitable for many green things that 
might appear in icons: Go signs, traffic lights, and any plant matter 
(such as trees or leaves).

Could the greens be made less yellow and more saturated?
