[Tango-artists] Sad Eyes

Keep in mind that devil-sad is the emote for >:-(, which is usually
meant to imply a somewhat angry frowning face, not really a sad devil.
:)

I also think that the puppy eyes would be too much for the normal
sad-face, but would fit well to something like <:-( or =( . Advanced
sadness!
