[Tango-artists] weather-fog suggestion

I mainly don't like the fact that it's a square. The icon is also
actually used for mist/haze/etc... as well, in gweather at least,
which makes it a bit harder to come up with an even more appropriate
icon. However, I do like what Yahoo does for their fog icon. They use
a roadway with fog above it. I think this suits the icon much better,
as the importance of the weather being fog is visibility for driving,
not looking at houses on a profile. :)
