[Tango-artists] confusing emblems

Hi,

I'm using the Tango icon theme but thought some emblems were very 
confusing to me. I had to take a look at the directory properties or the 
spec to actually see what they meant. I've added an image for a proposal 
for a change in these emblems. Sorry for the bad graphic, I'm not at 
home and all I have right now is MS Paint. :)
