[Tango-artists] appropriate place on wiki for jar distribution info

I have written a small bit of documentation on using the Tango Project
resources in a java project and have included a screenshot at

Is this an appropriate place for this documentation?  Might I add a link
to it from the Tango Icon Library wiki page?
