Hi Ryan,
it's really cool to see your tango stuff executed so well. I'd love to
comment on the metaphors a bit. Indeed you'd make things a lot easier if
you labeled the icons ;)
* Insert //object// icons are rad. I'd drop the redundant arow and
have them like that for scalable. For 22x22 the text may be left
out and for 16x16 only the actual //object// to remain.
* Battery status - the transparent container is a really great
idea. I'd drop the yellow to for that though and just have it
plain glass. or maybe just making the yellow top slightly less
opaque.
* the monkeys - the firat monkey is the most silly one, which I'd
prefer, but the mouth is kinda out of place, it would need a
better "merging-in". The last one is top notch, but it's not
silly/happy enough ;)
* I'm not sure we need devil-sad. devil grin is useful but what
sort of ocasion would you use devil-sad for?
* the checkmark in the spellcheck icon is well done. again, it may
work if 22x22 (and 16x16) drops the text paragraph.
* Document properties (the one with the rulers) works for me.
* Not sure if it's meant to be fullscreen icon, but I'd replace
the document sheet with a window.
cheers
