I really see no point of making everything blue just to "make it look
consisten?". The tango color palette is not super wide. It only provides
a basic set of colors and green seems to fit the trash just fine. 

I don't see the trash as being out of place at all. There will always be
someone preferring blue, someone preferring orange... Just like with the
folder. I will not fight for the green trashcan though, feel free to
commit a pink one with yellow dots. But I am certainly not convinced
green is inappropriate for trash...
