[Tango-artists] Missing Animation SVG

Hi.

First of all: Great work on the icons and the surrounding things  
(color scheme, the idea and actual creating a unified look and feel  
for Open Source Desktops).

However, there seems to be a small problem: There is no SVG file in  
your current release and CVS repository.
