[Tango-artists] Tango Project for Windows XP

Because of closed source programming in Windows, there is no "sane" way 
of applying icons system wide in Windows. There is one freeware icon 
utility for such a job (forget what is called) but you will still have 
to convert  the PNGs to ICOs.
