[Tango-artists] Commercial closed Source Application and Tango Icons

Hello alltogether,

just one simple question: is it allowed to use these icons in a commercial 
closed source app`? Text about the authors and a link to the project site is no 
problem, can be included in the about window, but there may be other problems..?`!?

perhaps it would be nice just to release the icon set as public domain?
