Busy is in the naming spec. It's under Animations. The problem with
having a generic "busy" or "idle" status icon though, is that it
provides no context. If you have 10 things that are all "idle" in
your panel, what icon should they use? The same "idle" icon? That
doesn't really make sense. It sounds like you need specialized icons
for your specialized applet. The stuff in the naming spec is meant
to be generic stuff that ALL desktops will have.
