[Tango-artists] process-working as animated SVG

Hello!

The process-working icon is currently shipped as a "multi-frame PNG",
stated in the description. (Actually, it's a flat PNG file, no kind of
real multi-frame format like MNG or APNG - which only makes sense, since
these formats are neither standardized nor widely supported.)

But there's a total lack of a scalable variant. The SVG format has great
animation features, so it makes sense to use SVG for an animated icon. I
know that currently hardly any UA supports SVG's animation features. But
I thought it would be a nice testing field, so I tried to make an
animated SVG version of this icon:

It looks fine with Opera, also with Adobe's SVG viewer on Windows. I
haven't tested any other UAs.

Maybe currently this is of no use for you, then simply ignore it. But I
thought I'd tell you and see if it's of any interest. Feel free to
comment.
