[Tango-artists] Memaker Icon

Hello guys,

 

I created an icon for a program called "Memaker" (http://www.memaker.org)
which allows you to create your own avatar by selecting parts, like eyes,
ears and so on.

 

I'd just like to ask you what I could change/edit/improve in this icon.

 

I think the biggest problem is 16x16.
