Very nice, as Andreas said we have the align and distribute stuff
already (and there surelly be some telepathy involved because it is
almost the same I did :-)), the rest is nice and usefull, you are on
the right path. Only one note, I don't like very much the dotted
edges, I'd prefer solid lines, probably playing with alpha will do the
trick, try to experiment a bit.
