[Tango-artists] Icon emblem position

Hello :)

I have a question about mime-types icons that uses emblem in a paper
sheet (ex: [1]). Should the emblem stay in the middle of the page or
at the bottom right?

PS: If the emblem is supposed to stay in the middle, how a python logo
would fit in 16x16 icon? :)
