[Tango-artists] bzr-gtk Olive interface icons

I've finally gotten around to starting on these after dobey pointed out
that the icons I made for Olive were a mixture of stuff from g-i-t and
t-i-t. The new ones (attached) take some from g-i-t and thus are all GPL
v2 licensed.

The only issue is... the metaphors for version control system functions
I've used aren't well thought through and although they can do the job
they definitely could do with some more love.

So I was wondering if anyone has any better ideas regarding the visual
metaphors for some of the common functions found across all version
control systems...? Starting with the basics: checkout, merge, add
description/notation, difference (diff), commit and so forth. (On that
note excuse the huge difference in metaphors between the 32x and the 16x
diff icons.)
