Hi!

In 2006 there has been a question concerning the use of Tango icons in
scientific publications:

I would like to use Tango icons in scientific publications too but I am
still not sure if this goes along with your license. Consider a
conference paper that gets published in a proceedings. The author mostly
has no choice which license applies to his paper in the proceedings and
it is likely that it gets published under a license incompatible to
CC-by-SA. Am I still allowed to use Tango icons in this case?

Regarding the attribution: Do I have to link to Tango below each
illustration or just once at the end of the paper?

Thanks in advance for some enlightenment..

Chris
