[Tango-artists] missing actions/window-close

Hi everybody,
I'm bundling a software with tango icons but tango miss the
"actions/window-close" icon (in gnome the gnome's one is used) but
there are some licensing issue because i can't use the gnome's
window-close (which is gpl).

I think that the gnome's "X" would be quite easy to redesign following
tango guidelines.

what do you think about this issue?
