[Tango-artists] Old Tango palette

Hi Taavi,

I have been around here since late 2006 and made icons for a few GNOME 
applications [1] so you may skip explaining Tango guidelines and such.

Tango wasn't build in one day.  It started even off with a different 
name (Unity) and I suspect there has been a different palette for some time

So I agree with you saying that maybe the veterans can give me a more 
detailed answer.
