Get in the habit of hitting Reply to All in your mail client. It's
almost always the behavior you want anyway. Changing the Reply-To breaks
the mail, if you do want to reply to someone privately. A lot of mailers
also have a "Reply to List" function, which replies only to the list.

Reply to All though, really is the best thing you can do.
