In tools/telepathy.am's dist-hook rule, the ChangeLog is generated from ``git
log''. This generates the log with dates output depending on your locale.

If two people with different locales release a module then the diff between the
release contains many lines like this:

-Date:   2009-03-24 17:11:15 +0000
+Date:   Tue Mar 24 17:11:15 2009 +0000
