ICQ contacts currently show the away icon for "occupied". IMHO the busy icon
would match occupied much better.

How I tested: I had my own ICQ number added to my contact list. Setting state
to busy ended up with "occupied" in ICQ (correct) but shows the away icon
(wrong).
