I like concise `make` output.

My 'hush' branch silences the tp-qt4 build. It introduces a custom silencing
macro, $(TPQT4_V_MOC), used for invocations of everyone's favourite
preprocessor.

I haven't tried distchecking this. It takes too long to compile.
