It would be nice to provide some utility functions to convert between
Telepathy's address variant GValues and GNIO's GSocketAddress (e.g. when you're
using GIO to provide a file for file transfer, or to connect to a stream tube).

Adds tp_address_variant_from_g_socket_address() and
tp_g_socket_address_from_variant().

Needs to have test cases written.
