[Bug 22250] can't open chat windows

With today's git I can open only once per contact the chat window.
After the second time I see those messages:
(empathy:5192): GLib-GObject-WARNING **: invalid uninstantiatable type `(null)'
in cast to `EmpathyDispatchOperation'

(empathy:5192): GLib-GObject-WARNING **: instance of invalid non-instantiatable
type `(null)'
