The daemon seems to have a useless dependency on gconf headers in mcd-master.c
and mcd-service.c.

mc-account-convert.c has a real dependency on gconf, because MC 4 accounts were
stored in gconf. We could probably just avoid compiling this utility if gconf
is not available.
