At the moment the Debian package for telepathy-spec uses
doc/telepathy-spec.devhelp2, generated by tools/devhelp.xsl, as the gtkdoc
index for spec.html.

Please enhance doc-generator.py to produce doc/spec/telepathy-spec.devhelp2
instead, so we can discard spec.html and doc/telepathy-spec.devhelp2 from the
next Debian package.
