Idle's default quit message — “So long and thanks for all the IRC -
telepathy-idle IRC Connection Manager for Telepathy -
http://telepathy.freedesktop.org” — makes me cringe whenever I see it. It's
really long, and I hate advertising in quit messages.

The above branch allows the quit message to be unset (as permitted by the RFC),
and removes the default entirely.
