Maemo 5 uses various extended interfaces beyond what's in telepathy-spec. One
such interface is an API for GSM conference calls:

We should incorporate this functionality into the main telepathy-spec. The
current proposal is to do this as part of a replacement for the StreamedMedia
channel type.
