sometimes i wind up with duplicate contacts, it seems to be caused by the
facebook plugin. once in a while (it seems to be every time i power on the
n900, or for some reason have to reconnect to facebook IM) a new contact will
be created with just the contact's name, facebook IM number and photo, and it
will remove the photo from the existing contact file, and thus that contact's
image from my home panel dedicated to contacts.

this only occurs with contacts for whom i have facebook information, and none
others.
