We need a way to give the CM content specific errors. So maybe we could add a
"Reason" field to the Remove() call. So the current behavior would use
"User_Requested", but we could also have "Fatal streaming failure", "no codec
intersection", misc.

Also, I guess we need to separate "I can't handle this content" from "this
content should be removed form the Call for everyone".
