Do we need to translate any texts in the manifests?
If yes, we can write in a refinement:

<name translation-id="bork_bork_acct_name_gtalk">GoogleTalk™</name>

Not everybody (ahem) knows to use gettext and intltool. For those who do, it
can be more standard:

<name>GoogleTalk™</name>
<name xml:lang="ru">GoogleTalk™</name>
